2. Provide site address and proof of property ownership.
3. We’ll submit these details to our certified building surveyor for a pre-assessment.

➡️ Note: Pre-assessment cost is $550 +GST.  For the additional certification, reports, and fees to have this certified to Class 1A start from $10k. This does not include site costs (e.g., sewage, water supply, electricity supply, Hot Water Service, Engineered footings construction, Landscaping, etc.).
